“تقرير تقصي الحقائق… محلك سر”

كما سيتضمن المؤتمر الصحفي موقف مجموعة “وراكم بالتقرير” من تسريبات تقرير تقصي الحقائق بالإضافة إلى مشروع قانون العدالة الانتقالية الذي سيطرح على البرلمان خلال أيام فضلا عن إطلاق المجموعة رسميا لمبادرتها “رصاصات الثورة الأربعة”.

وسوف تتوافر نسخ من تقرير مجموعة “وراكم بالتقرير” بالمؤتمر الصحفي كما سوف يكون متاحاً على الموقع الإلكتروني لمجموعة “وراكم بالتقرير” والجماعة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والقانون بعد المؤتمر.

More than three months ago, an official fact-finding committee submitted its report to the Egyptian presidency bringing evidence about the responsibility of civilians and military soldiers in the killing and torture of protestors between January 25th 2011 and June 30th 2012. On this occasion, “Warakom beltaqrir” (we will pursue you using the report), would like to invite you to its press conference intended to release its first report “The fact-finding committee report… still inactive”. The latter consists of three main sections; the first of which includes an evaluation of the Egyptian State’s response (presidency-prosecution-parliament) to the findings and recommendations of the fact-finding committee. The second section brings some important updates regarding ongoing investigations and trials in several incidents covered by the fact-finding committee report. Finally, the third section includes Warakom Beltaqrir recommendations regarding a number of needed measures to enforce accountability.

During the press conference, “Warakom beltaqrir” will announce its stand on the recently leaked chapters of the fact finding committee report. It will discuss as well its transitional justice draft law, expected to be debated in the Egyptian parliament during the next few days And finally, during the press conference, the group will also launch officially its initiative: “the revolution’s four bullets” aiming to enforce accountability

Copies of Warakom Beltaqrir report will be made available during the press conference and the report will be uploaded later on the group’s website as well as on the web site of the National Community for Human Rights and Law.
